Adaptive Gymnastics

An all-inclusive gymnastics class for individuals with developmental disabilities

 

Class will be offered on Saturday afternoons to allow for an empty and quiet gym.

KGC is excited to offer a class developed to provide children, teens, and adults of all abilities the chance to participate in the sport of gymnastics. Our goal is to assist individuals to increase their strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, and self confidence; while having fun and interacting with their peers. The class will feature small ratios and include activities taking place on various pieces of gymnastics equipment with drop in options available as well.
