About

The Kingston Gymnastics Club was incorporated in 1971, and has been a strong member of the Kingston community for over 50 years. The club is a not-for-profit that is governed by a volunteer board of directors and operated by a dedicated team of administrative and coaching staff. Throughout the years, the Kingston Gymnastics Club, fondly known as KGC, has grown in size and programming. Today we are proud to offer a variety of programming for babies and toddlers all the way to adults. Our strong mission, vision, and values govern who we are, what we do, and how we do it.

The Kingston Gymnastics Club is a bright, 9800 square foot facility, that offers equipment for boys and girls of all ages. The gym features a full sized floor, beams at a variety of heights, sets of single and uneven bars, two vault areas, an in ground trampoline, a foam pit, and large mesh pit area. The gym also has various “Just For Kids” areas designed for our smallest participants to help develop confidence and learn with more independence. We have a second floor viewing area and our facility is fully air conditioned.

Our facility is Peanut Free!

Did you know GYMNASTICS provides the base for all other sports!? Early participation in gymnastics develops the most fundamental movement skills, physical and motor abilities, mental abilities, social and emotional abilities and performance skills that carry over into all aspects of life.

Our Mission

Our mission is to expand and adapt to offer challenging and positive gymnastics programs for recreational and competitive participants in the greater Kingston area. We will accomplish this by providing qualified enthusiastic leadership in a spacious, clean, safe, well-equipped gym club.
