Kingston Gymnastics Club has launched a $500,000 Fundraising Campaign for Major Program Expansion

Kingston Gymnastics Club is excited to announce the launch of a fundraising campaign aimed at meeting the growing demand for gymnastics programs in the community. The club is seeking support from local businesses, organizations, participants, and the public to help fund the expansion, which will provide additional training facilities and enhance the overall experience for all participants.
Since 1971 KGC has been a cornerstone of the Kingston sports community, offering high-quality gymnastics programs for all ages. KGC has seen an increase in enrollment and a need for additional space to accommodate the expanding number of participants. Currently KGC is operating at maximum capacity and has exhausted its training facility space 7 days a week. The success and growth we’ve experienced over the years have led to a clear need for more space to accommodate our gymnasts and ensure we continue offering a top-tier recreational and competitive gymnastics experience. This expansion is a vital step in supporting the Kingston community.

KGC is unable to provide specific details about our growth, but plans include increasing the square footage of our training space to accommodate our growing recreational program. This will also include creating dedicated spaces for Ninjastics programming, our competitive program, and programs for participants under the age of 6 in the future.

This will not only allow for additional classes and more opportunities for participants, but also provide a safe and modern environment for members to excel.

KGC has set a fundraising goal of $500,000. Additionally, KGC is also applying for several grants to supplement the cost of growing. The club is inviting individuals and local businesses to contribute through direct donations, sponsorship opportunities, and community fundraising events.

We believe in the power of community, and we know that with the support of Kingston’s generous residents and businesses, we can achieve this goal and continue to make a positive impact on the Kingston community and the families we serve. Every contribution, no matter the size, will help us provide more opportunities for participants to access our facilities and provide a safe, empowering space for everyone to participate in sport.
