Teen & Adult Classes
Teen Gymnastics (13-17 years)
This class is designed specifically for teens who want to learn gymnastics in a fun, encouraging, and age-appropriate environment. Athletes will learn skills on floor, trampoline, beam, bars, and vault while building strength, mobility, and coordination.
No previous experience is required. Each gymnast trains at their own pace with individualized progressions based on their personal goals. This class is perfect for teens who want an enjoyable, social way to learn gymnastics, improve their fitness, and feel confident in the gym.
Open Gym (13+ years)
Supervised by qualified coaches, with the freedom to work on skills of choice. Coaches are available to assist as needed/desired.
Please note: KGC is not insured to allow parkour athletes to train, however parkour athletes are welcome to attend class to work on gymnastics skills to compliment their sport.
Adult Structured Gymnastics (18+)
This class is designed for adults who want to experience the fundamentals of gymnastics in a supportive and structured environment. Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your skills, you'll focus on a variety of gymnastics movements, including tumbling, strength-building exercises, flexibility drills, and apparatus work such as bars, beam, and vault. Each class is tailored to meet your individual needs and goals, with a focus on improving technique, strength, and overall fitness. You'll gain confidence while learning new skills, all within a fun and motivating atmosphere that encourages personal growth at every level.
Gym Attire:
Participants should be dressed in something they can easily move in that is free of strings, hoods, zippers etc. that could get caught on equipment or injure themselves. They are also required to be in bare feet with no bracelets, necklaces, earrings (other than small studs), or other jewelry as it can also cause injury.
